Frederick C. Dunlap

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Fred Dunlap brings an impressive record of successful health plan leadership to his role as Chairman and CEO of XLHealth. Prior to joining XLHealth, Dunlap served as owner and president of BWM Ventures, Inc., a management consulting firm concentrated on the health care services industry. In this position, Dunlap worked with private equity investors of several portfolio companies, serving in senior leadership capacities including roles as CEO, COO, and President. In addition, Dunlap previously served as COO of AMERIGROUP, a managed healthcare organization focused on the needs of low-income Americans. He has also served in executive level positions at UnitedHealth Group, as its CEO of Florida/Puerto Rico and previously as vice president of Specialty Companies. Dunlap is a graduate of Colgate University.

Paul A. Serini, Esq.

Executive Vice President

Paul Serini has more than 20 years experience in healthcare and law. His background includes venture capital and strategic investing, healthcare strategic planning, program development and Medicare policy, risk, provider network development and reimbursements. Prior to joining XLHealth, Serini was a principal and founder of Phoenix HealthCare Consulting, LLC, a Washington, DC based healthcare and policy consulting firm .In addition, Serini served of counsel at the law firm of Ober Kaler Grimes and Shriver in Baltimore, Maryland. Serini is a graduate of the Columbus School of Law, the Catholic University of America and the University of Maryland, where he graduated with honors. He is a frequent lecturer and speaker on a wide variety of business and healthcare topics and is an adjunct faculty member at Catholic University Law School in Washington, DC.

Harry L. Leider, M.D., M.B.A.

Chief Medical Officer

Harry Leider frequently speaks about disease management issues and was a founding board member of the Disease Management Association of America. He is board-certified in Medical Management and a fellow, core faculty member and secretary/treasurer of the American College of Physician Executives. Prior to joining XLHealth, Leider was senior vice president and principal of Interactive Forums, Inc., a national healthcare consulting, marketing and medical education company, and chief medical officer and senior vice president for both CardioContinuum, Inc., a disease management firm, and for HealthNet, a large physician-owned managed care organization. He also served for six years as an attending physician at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Mass., and as a faculty member at Harvard Medical School. Leider earned his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University, his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and his M.B.A. from the University of Washington.

Robert L. Cinquegrana, C.P.A.

Chief Financial Officer

Robert L. Cinquegrana has served as XLHealth's chief financial officer since 2003. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Mr. Cinquegrana has been a financial executive in both publicly-owned and privately-held companies, with expertise including strategic planning, finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital acquisitions and advising startup companies. Mr. Cinquegrana co-founded and served as a senior vice president of Advance Paradigm Inc., a publicly-held pharmacy benefit management company that was subsequently acquired by Caremark Corp. Cinquegrana holds a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University, several certificates from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Suresh Ramakrishnan

Chief Information Officer

Suresh Ramakrishnan has more than 14 years experience in information systems, software development and data warehousing applications, many of which were used with disease management information technology (IT) platforms. He leads XLHealth's development team and vendors in creating and defining the company's IT and reporting platform. He previously served as senior vice president of product development at Unibex. Ramakrishnan holds an M.S. in Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication, and has completed advanced coursework in a variety of computer languages and applications.

Robb A. Cohen, M.B.A.

Chief Government Affairs Officer

Robb Cohen has been overseeing healthcare finance and public policy at XLHealth since its inception. He also is a leader in the strategy and development of XLHealth's disease management programs. Cohen has more than 18 years healthcare experience in both payer and provider organizations, as well as healthcare management consulting and healthcare investment banking. Prior to joining XLHealth, Cohen served as President of Pheonix Healthcare Consulting Inc. He also has expertise in healthcare and government payment systems and has served as a director of the Health Care Financial Management Association. Cohen holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Health Care Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Fred Dodson

Executive Vice President, Care Improvement Plus

Fred Dodson has more than 25 years' experience in the healthcare industry and the senior healthcare market, and is responsible for overseeing all Care Improvement Plus business operations. Prior to joining XLHealth in 2007, Dodson served as vice president of healthcare management and senior and state sponsored business for WellPoint, Inc. in Thousand Oaks, Calif. Dodson was also vice president and general manager of Northern California markets for PacifiCare, where he was a senior market leader. He also served in executive-level positions with Graydon Healthcare in San Antonio, Texas; Missouri Health Partners in St. Louis, Mo.; and Prudential Health Plans in Nashville, Tenn. Dodson received his bachelor of science degree in chemistry from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minn. He also performed graduate studies in cardiovascular physiology at the University of Minnesota Medical School, Duluth, and received a master's degree in health administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Lee Spruiell

Vice President, Care Improvement Plus, South Central and Texas Regions

As vice president of XLHealth's Care Improvement Plus plan in both the Texas and South Central regions, Lee Spruiell oversees all aspects of plan operations across three states including Arkansas and Missouri. Prior to joining XLHealth in 2005, Spruiell spent over 11 years with Aetna, holding a variety of positions including general manager for operations in South Texas and New Mexico, and vice president for health services delivery for Aetna's central region. He also worked for Coordinated Care Solutions in Houston, Texas, as senior vice president for operations in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado. He has served on the boards of the San Antonio AIDS Foundation and the American Heart Association, San Antonio Chapter. Spruiell earned both his bachelor of science in health services administration and his master's of business administration from Auburn University and currently serves on the alumni association's oversight committee for the health services administration undergraduate program.

Leslie Young

Vice President, Operations

Leslie Young has more than 15 years experience in healthcare financial management and operations. As XLHealth's vice president of operations, she directs central operations and is responsible for all call center activities, implementation, contracting and vendor management. Prior to joining XLHealth, Young served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for MHM Services, Inc., a leading provider of specialized mental health services to correctional systems. She also served as president for the health plan division of APS Healthcare, Inc., a specialty managed care and disease management company, and as senior vice president for the Aon Healthcare Alliance. Young earned her masters of business administration degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind.

Lyda E. Prack

Director, Human Resources

Lyda Prack's career as an innovative and effective human resources professional spans more than twenty years. As XLHealth's senior human resources manager, Prack manages all aspects of human resources for the corporate office, as well as for the company's special needs plan and other regional programs. Prior to joining the company, Prack served as a human resources consultant in a variety of industries including hospital facilities, government entities and the pharmaceutical industry. She holds a bachelor of administration in Human Resources Management from Frederick Taylor University in San Francisco, Calif.
